How would this be billed through E-rate — We use the SPI and as such you would charge us monthly on the parts we are responsible for.
Would SHRLS accept a hub and spoke design? This design would interconnect your libraries via a WAN and share a larger, single Internet access service at the Rome location (205 Riverside Parkway, Rome, GA) with a single firewall and filtering service as an alternative to six individual Internet access services with six different firewall and filtering services. Yes as long as we see a full write up in the proposal on it.
Could you please confirm that this is the amount of Internet bandwidth that you want at each of your Library facilities for this RFP?

Yes that is the minimum required. 2 branches are very tiny.
